Everyone can do yoga. That’s the vision of Anna’s Yoga Tree. Whether you are big or skinny, fit or not so much, healthy or have vulnerabilities. Yoga is not about bending your body in the perfect shape. It’s is about taking care of your body and learn to relax. You do not need to be flexible or be able to balance on one leg. That will happen naturally when you practice in class.
Anna’s Yoga Tree is about yoga for everybody. We thus welcome non-Dutch speakers. Classes are run in Dutch with translations in English or Spanish provided. In time, you won’t have just learned yoga, but also improved your Dutch!

Are you looking for more relaxation? To become more flexible? Wheter yoga is new to you or you have some experience, there’s always a class that suits you. Book your trial class without strings attached. Book your trial class through these easy steps: Create an account in the booking system, book the class you want to try and chose trial class. Don’t forget to activate your account with the link in the email that you receive.
Subscription and pricing
At Anna’s Yoga Tree you choose the subscription or class pass that suits you. The more classes you take, the more economically your class is. Do you really want to feel the effect of yoga, than we recommend going once to twice a week. Can’t make it to class? Then easily cancel your class and pick another one in the bookingsystem. Anna’s Yoga runs daily classes at Bagdadreef 2. Choose active Hatha Yoga, Calm Hatha (ladies only), Hatha Flow or Flow Yoga or Yin Yoga. Or bring your kid to Parent & Child Yoga.
