Having fun together

Children’s yoga revolves around the same principles as adult yoga, emphasizing the essence of being true to oneself. It’s about embracing your unique being, tuning in to the sensations of your body, and acting in harmony with it. Yoga empowers children to establish boundaries and foster connections with those around them. The beauty of yoga lies not in achieving perfection but in the courageous act of exploration.

Through yoga, children cultivate body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, coordination, creativity, and self-assurance. It equips them from an early age with invaluable tools to navigate a demanding world and find solace within. But let’s not forget the heart of it all—children’s yoga is an absolute blast! We don’t just do sun salutations, we sing a catchy song while doing it.

In Parent & Child Yoga, you work together with your child. It’s an intimate way to bond with your child while also getting a workout for yourself.
